I am an Infrastructure Engineer based in Cape Town, South Africa.

My career began in end-user computing and onsite support, where I developed a strong understanding of how infrastructure decisions affect real users. I later moved into a broader infrastructure role covering cloud services, DNS, security tooling, monitoring, patching, identity, networking and platform operations.

I enjoy troubleshooting complex problems, learning unfamiliar systems and turning unclear operational requirements into practical solutions. My current focus is developing deeper skills in AWS, Azure, observability, infrastructure automation and secure platform operations.

Outside my primary role, I build and host small web projects, experiment with Cloudflare services and continue developing my understanding of modern cloud infrastructure.
